Use of the Website constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions, in their current form or as modified.

User License

Permission is granted to users accessing the Website to temporarily download one copy of the information and other content on the Website (collectively, the "Content") for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. • remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the Website or the Content; or

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by the RPTA at any time.

Registration and Account Information

To access certain features and areas of the Website, you may be required to register and/or create an account, and in doing so you agree to provide true, accurate and complete information about yourself, and to update the information when it changes. If you are required to select unique login information, including for example a user name and password ("User ID"), you agree to keep your User ID confidential and not to allow any other person to use it. You are solely responsible for all usage or activity on your account including, but not limited to, use of the account by any person who uses your User ID, with or without authorization, or who has access to any computer on which your account resides or is accessible. If you have reason to believe that your account is no longer secure, you must promptly change the affected User ID by using the appropriate update mechanism on the Website, if available, or by contacting the RPTA. The RPTA is not liable for any harm caused by or related to the theft, misappropriation, disclosure, or unauthorized use of your User ID. The RPTA may terminate your registration and/or account, or otherwise prevent or limit your access to the Website, at any time, in its sole discretion.

User Obligations

You warrant that you will abide by all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations with respect to your use of the Website and not interfere with the use and enjoyment of the Website by others or with the operation and management of the Website. You warrant that you will not impersonate any other person or entity, whether actual or fictitious, when using the Website, or defame or otherwise harm any party, including but not limited to the RPTA, through your use of the Website.

The RPTA makes no representations or warranties of any kind regarding the Website or the Content, including but not limited to any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title or non-infringement, and all such warranties are hereby expressly disclaimed. Without limiting the foregoing, the RPTA does not make any representation or warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, currency or reliability of the Content or on any other websites to which the Website is linked.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any claim arising out of or relating to the Website or the Content shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and the RPTA also agree and hereby submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Chicago, Illinois with respect to any such claims.
