Many physicians agree that occupational injuries are similar to those incurred by athletes on professional and amateur sports teams.Health and safety managers increasingly recognize that occupational athletic training programs can benefit both the worker and the company.

According to National Athletic Trainers’ Association (www.NATA.org), every company that answered their survey on the use of athletic training programs in the workplace reported that was a positive return on investment in reducing injuries by significant amounts.
