Accordingly, and despite its efforts, the RPTA cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to it, or to or from its online products or services.
This Privacy Policy shall not apply to any unsolicited information you provide to the RPTA, whether on or through this Website or otherwise. All such unsolicited information shall be deemed to be non-confidential, and the RPTA shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose and distribute such unsolicited information to others without limitation or attribution.
The RPTA controls and operates this Website from the United States. The Website is not intended to subject the RPTA to the laws or jurisdiction of any state, country or territory other than that of the United States. The RPTA does not knowingly solicit data online from or market online to children under the age of 13.
